You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Certain items may be ineligible for return due to hygienic or custom-made reasons. These items include but are not limited to:

2. How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with return shipping instructions, including the return address and an authorization number (RMA).
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the return authorization number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For domestic returns (within the U.S.), you are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return shipment unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your return. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

If the desired item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer the option of a refund or store credit.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Final Sale items

- Products that show signs of wear, use, or damage
7. Defective or Damaged Items

8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@getvui.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
